Senior Azure DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Mid–Senior Azure DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes/AKS, and CI/CD automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure and automated deployment pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, application deployments, and operational processes.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Implement Azure security, access controls, networking, and best practices.
• Work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to improve deployment reliability and efficiency.
• Support cloud migration, scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery initiatives.
• Participate in incident management, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 4–8 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Good experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and AKS.
• Hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
• Good understanding of Azure networking, IAM/RBAC, Key Vault, Storage, VMs, and Azure Monitor.
• Experience with Git, GitHub/Azure Repos, and branching strategies.
• Good scripting knowledge in Bash or PowerShell.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Helm and Kubernetes package management.
• Experience with Prometheus/Grafana or Azure monitoring solutions.
• Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps practices.
• Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-400, or AZ-305.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on DevOps professional who can independently manage Azure infrastructure, Terraform automation, AKS/Kubernetes environments, and end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, while also contributing to cloud architecture, security, reliability, and automation initiatives.
